A Symposium of chasing the better half ........ Part 1

Dear Fellow Toasties

If this sounds a little strange..

Do not fret
Do not fear
Do not gush

For there is a new writer in town .............. or for this blog to be exact............................. can you guess who am i ? hahaha i wont show up my identity just yet so for now i will just keep you guessing =)

Well this blog has been given a new leash by this fat little fingers of mine and so with a newfound sense of spirit, energy and enthusiasm and a generous dose "of not really taking myself seriously" except for the fact that i definitely do take you our dear reader very seriously ........

and so with these fat fingers i type

Tonight's Toastmasters meeting was SPECIAL MEETING and defintelty ONE OF A KIND !!! What do i mean by this is the fact that it has neVer been done before ........

It was a debate forum between 2 very opposing groups of people on how we go about finding this beautiful thing cal LOVE =)

In short the preposition's theme was for "Why Boys should chase Girls?"

and the opposition theme is "Why Girls should Chase Boys? "

Can you guess who won ?

Well let me just leave it as that for now =) I will be back !!!

Humbly
Your New Writer

PS: Do your hw and guess who am i and who won ; )

20 April 2010: Election Day (dun dun dun...)

Last evening's chapter meeting was Different. Really different. We had 9 candidates vying for the 8 roles in the executive committee. Although the turn up of the spectators were rather dismal, due to the examination period, the new executive committee was formed- by unanimous votes.

Election speeches:

Treasurer: Anngun and Nadirah
Secretary: Min Zee and Mike*
VPPR: Crystal
VPM: Nadirah and Mike
VPE: Min Zee, Zhen Cong and Suwandi
President: Devesh**, Fahmy and Zhen Cong
SAA: TBA

*Mike could not be present due to being caught up in Vietnam, however he did send us a video he made for his election speech. However, it could not be downloaded in time for the chapter meeting. Thus, Sean, CC filled in for him as required.

** Devesh was absent due to a family emergency. Good luck and all the best. Our well wishes are with you.

The Results for the New Executive Committee (2010 - 2011)

President: Devesh, CC, CL

SO,
What happened after the elections and results were announced???
Answer: VODKA LIME HAPPENED BABY!!!

Why?

Because I love my exco and I reeealllly wanna welcome the new exco in...with the warm lingering crazy comfort of ALCOHOL

I think I may be one of the craziest VPPRs out there!

From the next post onwards, I shall not be your author. But I welcome my new VPPR, Crystal, to take over me.

For now, ciao bella~!
